On the wonderful hills of Santo Stefano Roero, Canale and Montà , Silvano Nizza, a young vine-grower and the heir of a concern which was begun more than fifty years ago by his father Sandro and his uncle Alfredo, blends tradition and innovation in the production of wines of a superior quality, thanks to a close and meticulous care of his grapes.
ROERO ARNEIS DOCG
From vineyards located in Santo Stefano Roero. It ages in stainless steel vats for 6 months and in the bottle for 2 months, with a total annual production of about 20,000 bottles.
ROERO D.O.C.G RISERVA CA' BOSCARONE
From vineyards located in Santo Stefano Roero. It ages in little oak barrels for 36 months and 12 months in the bottle, with a total annual production of about 1,400 bottles.
ROERO D.O.C.G
From vineyards located in Santo Stefano Roero and Montà . It ages in large oak casks for 24 months and 12 months in the bottle, with a total annual production of about 4,000 bottles.
